1. We will begin our work together on the phone or by email to discuss the commission of your portrait. You may send me three to five photos of your pet. We will choose the photo that you like
best and that will also work best in your portrait.

2. When we have chosen your desired photo, you will decide the medium and surface you prefer me to use for your portrait.

3. When you are ready to order, please go to the PayPal link on my website. Once you have placed your order, I will begin working on your pet portrait.

4. I will send you a preliminary sketch for your approval. We will work together to revise anything that you wish to change. I am glad to provide two revisions of your portrait.

5. When I have completed your portrait, I will be glad to email you photo of it. At this time, if you wish to make a revision, I will be glad to make your desired changes.

6. Once I have your approval, I will immediately prepare your portrait with the utmost care and attention for shipment to you. I will ship your portrait in a protective, secure package via USPS,
with insurance and tracking to ensure the safe arrival of your portrait.
